These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of readymaidsra.com and related website features provided by Ready Maids Cleaning Services Inc. ("Ready Maids," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the website, submitting a request, or booking through a linked service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

Our referral service

Ready Maids helps customers request, schedule, and coordinate cleaning services performed by independent cleaners. Cleaner availability, pricing, acceptance of a referral, and the details of a particular appointment may vary. Nothing on this website guarantees that a cleaner will be available for every requested date, location, or scope of work.

Independent cleaners are responsible for how they perform accepted services, subject to the agreed scope, applicable law, and any customer instructions that do not conflict with safety or legal requirements.

Quotes, bookings, and payment

Website descriptions and pricing ranges are general information unless expressly identified as a confirmed quote. Final pricing may depend on home size, condition, requested tasks, frequency, access, add-ons, and information provided during booking. You are responsible for providing complete and accurate details.

Bookings may be processed through ZenMaid or another third-party scheduling or payment provider. Additional booking, cancellation, rescheduling, or payment terms presented in that flow or in your confirmation are part of your service arrangement. If those specific terms conflict with general website language, the terms provided for the confirmed booking control.

Cancellations, access, and service changes

Please follow the cancellation and rescheduling instructions in your booking confirmation. Charges, if any, will be disclosed in the applicable booking terms. A cleaner may be unable to complete some or all of a service when safe access is unavailable, utilities are not working, conditions were materially misrepresented, or the work presents an undisclosed health or safety risk.

Customer responsibilities

• Provide accurate service, contact, address, and access information.
• Secure valuables, cash, sensitive documents, medications, and fragile or irreplaceable items.
• Disclose pets, hazards, infestations, biohazards, damaged surfaces, unsafe equipment, or other conditions that may affect the work.
• Ensure lawful and reasonably safe access to the property at the scheduled time.
• Review the service scope and promptly report concerns so they can be evaluated.

Communications

When you provide contact information and request service, you authorize Ready Maids and service providers acting on our behalf to contact you about your inquiry, quote, appointment, and related customer support by telephone, email, or text. Message and data rates may apply. This transactional permission does not by itself enroll you in unrelated promotional messaging.

Website content and permitted use

The website and its original text, graphics, branding, layout, and other content are owned by or licensed to Ready Maids and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the site for personal, noncommercial evaluation and booking of our referral services.

You may not:

• Use the website for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or deceptive purposes.
• Attempt to disrupt, bypass, probe, scrape, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the site or connected systems.
• Impersonate another person or submit false information.
• Copy or exploit substantial website content for a competing commercial service without written permission.

Third-party services and links

The website may contain tools, maps, embeds, or links operated by third parties, including ZenMaid, Webflow, Google, and social platforms. Their services are governed by their own terms and policies. Ready Maids does not control and is not responsible for third-party sites or systems.

Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant that the site will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Website information may contain typographical errors or become outdated.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, rights, or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ready Maids will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of the website. Any limitation related to a particular cleaning referral or booking is also subject to applicable law and the terms disclosed for that booking.

Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to reimburse Ready Maids for reasonable losses, liabilities, and costs arising from your unlawful misuse of the website, your material violation of these Terms, or information you knowingly provide that infringes another person's rights.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by California law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights, disputes concerning the website will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Contra Costa County, California.

Changes and severability

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version and changing the effective date. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of that provision.
