Most people don't actually want to manage a cleaning company. They want a clean house, with someone they trust, on a schedule that works. The cleaning industry doesn't make that easy. Big chains rotate strangers through your home every week. Independent cleaners are great — if you can find a good one, vet them yourself, handle the paperwork, and replace them when life happens.

Ready Maids was built to make that decision once, on your behalf. We do the vetting. We do the matching. You get a cleaner who actually shows up — the same cleaner, every visit, for as long as the fit works.

We'd rather refer fewer cleaners and refer them well. Here's everything that happens before we'll send someone your way.

Full criminal background screen through a licensed third party. No exceptions, no shortcuts.

Reference verification
Three professional cleaning references called and confirmed. We talk to actual past clients.

Insurance & bonding
Proof of liability insurance and bonding before they're added to our roster. We keep current copies on file.

In-person interview
Final walkthrough with our team. We meet every cleaner. We say no when it's not a fit.
