What's the referral fee?
A one-time fee Ready Maids collects when you book through us, separate from what you pay your cleaner. We'll tell you the exact structure before you commit. There are no recurring platform fees on top of every clean.
Who do I pay?
Your matched cleaner directly — cash, card, e-transfer, whatever they accept. The referral fee to Ready Maids is collected separately. Your cleaner is an independent professional, not an employee of Ready Maids.
What if my home is bigger or messier than average?
Tell us during the intake. The cleaner adjusts the quote based on actual size, condition, pets, and any specific problem areas. The ranges shown above assume an average Concord-area 2–4 BR home in normal condition.
Do recurring clients get a discount?
Yes. Most cleaners on our roster offer a lower per-visit rate when you commit to weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly cleaning. New recurring clients also get 10% off their first 3 visits as part of our standard onboarding.
Can I add extras to my clean?
Yes, à la carte. Inside-the-fridge, inside-the-oven, interior windows, and other detail tasks are priced separately and can be added to any service. Mention them at booking so the cleaner can plan the time.
